" Gibson Guitars and Rolling Stone have been partners for over fifty years, so it seems natural to take our partnership to a new creative level for our fans during this challenging time," said James "JC" Curleigh, president and CEO of Gibson. Rolling Stone's "In My Room" presented by Gibson was headlined last Friday (April 24) with JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS performing the hard-rocking "I Hate Myself For Loving You" while the bandmembers stayed socially distant in their own homes. We don’t know exactly how this new one will look and sound, but for those interested, here’s a video with all the various Sunday Night Football themes from 2006-2017.Rolling Stone and Gibson have teamed up to offer a special week-long series of music performances and give music fans the first-ever chance to make a charitable donation to support musicians worldwide and walk away with a piece of rock 'n' roll history. “We were excited when Joan agreed to join us, and we can’t wait to debut the finished product.” “When Carrie brought us this idea, we immediately embraced it as a terrific way to evolve the performance, while also celebrating the song we used in our first 10 seasons of SNF,” said Fred Gaudelli, Executive Producer of NBC’s Sunday Night Football. “What better way to pay homage to the original SNF opening song than by getting to play with her on primetime’s biggest stage?” “I have always been a huge fan of Joan’s, and I’m thrilled that she’s joining us for the Sunday Night Football open,” Underwood said. Underwood will also be joined by NFL stars (to be announced on Monday) in the new show open. …At the invitation of Underwood, Jett – whose 1988 Top 10 hit “I Hate Myself for Loving You” was adapted for the original “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” SNF show open music in 2006 – appears for the first time in the NBC Sunday Night Football show open. ![]() NBC…will unveil an all-new show open with Carrie Underwood this season, with a nod to the first-ever NBC SNF open in 2006 featuring a new rendition of the original “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” music. And now, NBC is reverting to the first song, and bringing in Jett for an appearance in the intro: That lawsuit names nine defendants, including Underwood, Bright, the NFL, NBC, and music publishing affiliates of Sony and Warner. She then saw Underwood come out with the “substantially – even strikingly – similar, if not identical” version of “Game On” that was used last fall. She claims she pitched it to Underwood producer Mark Bright in August 2017, but was turned down. In 2016, they went to a new Underwood-performed song called “Oh, Sunday Night” (which pulled from Underwood’s 2014 “Something Bad” duet with Miranda Lambert), and last year, Underwood, Chris DeStefano & Brett James penned a new “Game On” song that was used for the 2018 broadcasts.īut this June saw a (still-ongoing) lawsuit from Heidi Merrill, who said she created “Game On” in 2016 and uploaded it to YouTube in March 2017. When NBC got Sunday night rights in 2006, they brought in the “Waiting All Day For Sunday Night” song based off Joan Jett’s “I Hate Myself For Loving You” versions of that song were used from 2006 through 2015, with Pink (2006), Faith Hill (2007-2012), and Carrie Underwood (2013-15) performing it. There’s a long and strange history to the Sunday Night Football theme, but it’s coming full circle this year.

It has 2 GB GDDR5 video memory, a 128-bit memory interface, 640 shader units and a clock of up to 775 MHz. ![]() The Cape Verde chip of our review unit is displayed as R9 M270x. The hardware of the AMD FirePro M5100 seems to be very similar to the AMD Radeon R9 M270 when we look at the specifications. However, the latter cannot drive the high resolution of the QHD+ display, so it is deactivated in our review configuration. The dedicated GPU is principally complemented by the Intel HD Graphics 4600, which is integrated into the processor. The HP ZBook 15 G2 uses the AMD FirePro M5100, which is an upper mainstream GPU. The revisited HP ZBook G2-series now also features graphics solutions from AMD. Cinebench R11.5 (64-bit, multi), for example, only determined 5.43 instead of 6.87 points. You have to live with a CPU performance drop of 20 up to 25% on battery power in general. This value can be maintained even after two hours. Under sustained load, the CPU reduces its clock from 3 GHz at the start to 2.5 - 2.6 GHz after 20 minutes. Cinebench R15 64-bit, for example, determines 651 points (multi) and 136 points (single), respectively. The benchmark results are on the expected level and confirm that this CPU is a convenient performance all-rounder. The maximum clock of 3.5 GHz also ensures a good performance when the software can only utilize one of the cores. Four cores that can execute up to eight threads simultaneously thanks to Hyper-Threading ensure a good distribution of the processing load in multi-thread optimized scenarios. HP's online configurator actually lists the quad-core CPU for 62 Euros (~$76) less than the dual-core alternative Intel Core i5-4340M, which is pretty much an entry-level solution. Intel's quad-core processor Core i7-4710MQ is used in many notebooks, which is a result of its good combination of performance and price. For the sake of completeness we want to mention that all saturation levels stay within their according target areas and don't reveal any issues. If the primary colors are good, the result cannot be bad for the ColorChecker, where the DeltaE 2000 value is sensationally low with 0.55. Blue and red show the biggest DeltaE 2000 deviations with 2.04 and 1.80, respectively, but they are still below the value where the human eye can see the difference. Calibration clearly improves the results for the primary colors with DeltaE 2000 deviations under 3. The grayscale performance manages an excellent DeltaE 2000 deviation of 0.37, the RGB balance does not really show any problems and the gamma curve is almost perfect. The calibrated panel shows a very good potential with a very accurate presentation of the colors. Users in the picture-editing business will probably calibrate the display anyway. Subjectively, the presentation is balanced and should therefore be suited for many scenarios. ![]() The other measurements are already pretty good ex-works. Both things together are, unfortunately, neither available at HP nor any other manufacturer at this time. Here you will have to decide whether you prefer a very fine resolution or the wider color gamut. ![]() AdobeRGB, however, is only covered by 60%, which is a significant difference compared to the previously reviewed DreamColor display (95%) with RGB LEDs. This is also supported by the pretty wide color gamut since the panel covers 82% of the sRGB color space. The contrast reaches a very good value of 1,192:1, which results in a deep black and vivid colors. A correspondingly pre-configured version is currently not available. The price of our review unit in HP's online configurator is currently around 2,600 Euros (~$3222, gross). Our current review device is equipped with Intel's Core i7-4710MQ, 8 GB RAM, a 750 GB hard drive, AMD's professional FirePro M5100 GPU and a matte QHD+ display. The according information is available in the main review of the HP ZBook 15 and additional information about features, for example, the DreamColor display, in the first review update. Nothing really changed in terms of the chassis, the port layout and the input devices, so we won't cover these unchanged sections. However, the main reasons for the current review update are the new components like the high-resolution QHD+ display and AMD's FirePro M5100 GPU. First of all, the manufacturer runs very long product cycles for its mobile workstations and the possible configurations are so diverse that even those three reviews only allow a brief glimpse into the possibilities of the series. This is already the third version of the HP ZBook 15 in our editorial office. ![]() For the original German review, see here. ![]() In the example below, we have the default ports 21 and 990 configured. The point is, the progression is far from intuitive and really doesn't feel all that rewarding. ![]() Or simply part with some actual cash to grab items from the in-game shop. Well, the good news is that all the cosmetics and paid content does not affect gameplay at all, but the bad news is that if you want your character to ditch the basic grey "Fresh Meat" starting gear, you will need to progress through the battle pass to earn Loot Balls (with a random percentage-based system that determines which items you get) to acquire new items. You might be wondering how this affects cosmetics and the appearance of your character. This system determines when you unlock the next of the four current total arenas (yes, four is not that many), and that's about all it does, as every game mode and playable section of the game that you can imagine is unlocked after simply completing ten quick play matches. The entire progression system revolves around gaining fans for participating and winning games, fans that also directly contribute to your progression through the battle pass, which does have a free and a paid track. But, what it isn't is a main live service game to devote yourself to, as there's simply not a lot of progression or engaging reasons to continue playing for hours after hours. It's competitive and great as a game to jump into when you have a free 20-30 minutes here and there, or when a couple of friends and yourself are looking to team up and get the blood pumping. Roller Champions is incredibly fun to play and that's something I can safely state. Match this up with dodge mechanics when you have the ball, and ways to interact with teammates, such as calling for and throwing a pass, and boosting off one another for massive speed, and you get a very approachable and simple to learn sports game that has a surprising amount of entertaining and understandable depth. The movement revolves around gaining speed by pumping up the sides of the arena like a skateboarder in a half pipe, and then the tackling comes in two forms, basic tackles and uppercuts that can take out leaping opponents. There is more to the gameplay than just this though. It does of course become more challenging to retain possession of the ball for three laps straight, so it's your decision as a team on whether to take the easy one pointer, or instead push your luck for a greater reward. The catch is that you can continue passing through these gates to make scoring a single goal offer more total points, with that system ranging from one lap for one point, two laps for three points, and three laps for five points. These gates appear in four defined parts of a lap around the cylindrical arena, and when you pass through four, the goal opens. As for how the scoring system works, this is where the original concept of Roller Champions begins to really take shape, as you cannot hurl the ball into the goal without passing through a series of gates as a team with the ball in your possession. ![]() "Content creators" are those who run a podcast, fansite, video channel or live stream channel which features GW2 news, how-tos, fan-art, etc. There is a "Partner Program" through which new purchases at current prices can also benefit your favorite content creator.
